  • Ductless Air Conditioning Systems

    We are experts in ductless air conditioning options. Due to the large number of homes we serve with hot water heat systems, ductless air conditioning options have become extremely popular. Years ago, if you had hot water heat, your only option was a window air conditioner. Window air conditioners are noisy, inefficient, hard to install, & hard to remove. In many cases, the size of the window opening prevented the homeowner from installing an A/C that could adequately cool the necessary area. Last, but not least, most window air conditioners were very costly to operate.
    Due to the challenges imposed by window air conditioners, you may think that a ductless air conditioning system might also sacrifice energy efficiency….it is just the opposite. We offer a very affordable annual maintenance program that provides an air conditioner inspection & tune up every spring, and a furnace or boiler inspection & tune up every fall. If you leave for a winter vacation, you can be checking to make sure your home’s temperature is stable while you are gone. As you return from your vacation get-a-way, you can adjust your homes temperature to be warm and comfortable as you walk in the door. The same is true in the summer.
    If your home is not currently zoned, this is something to also consider. Many homes are controlled by a single thermostat……even though it may be the perfect temperature in one room, you find other rooms are either too hot to too cold. Zoning your home eliminates this inconvenience.
